Upcoming - Lymphatic yoga course
This is a course divided into three parts.
Part 1 – half day workshop on the 12th of March, 09.00-13.00 (on site Kungsbroplan 3A, Stockholm)
Part 2 – Five online sessions with self care & yoga in between. First session date TBD 19.00-19.45
Part 3 – Retreat 12-14th of May. Including yoga, meditation, breath walking, kayak paddling, healthy food, sauna and ocean baths. (on site Hallstavik 2 hours north of Stockholm)
Price for full course 2500:-
Price for different parts: Part 1 – 600:- (incl. food) Part 2 – 600:-, Part 3 – 1500:- (incl. food excl. transport)

Yoga in cyberspace
Nowadays, we provide most classes online.
It works really well but we are looking forward to when we get the opportunity to meet in real life again.
Yoga by the pool
On a beautiful day in June we did yoga by the pool. The class offered was – Flavors of yoga, a mix of Kundalini, Hatha and Yin yoga. After, we enjoyed a lunch in the sun and had some great conversations about life and other stuff…

Yoga on International Women's Day
Charity yoga and Whirlpool jointly invited for a morning yoga to celebrate International Women’s Day. Generous donations from both Whirlpool and all yogis who participated, contributed to giving two more young women in Nepal the opportunity to attend school. After class, Scandic Hotel invited us to a wonderful breakfast and Charity yoga presented all the fantastic work done by the organization Nepaleducation.se.
Yoga with Leaders Alliance to support - Nepal Education
Together with the Leaders Alliance, Charity yoga, this morning invited their members to a breakfast yoga in Urban Ride’s beautiful venue in Vasastan. Many thanks to all of you who came and made it possible for another Nepalese girl to have a year’s schooling
Yoga with Kvadrat to support - Star for Life
In the shade of the palms, a beautiful class was held in favor of Star for Life. Star for Life is a project that runs over 100 schools focusing on giving children the knowledge, prerequisites and confidence to live an AIDS-free life. About 35 Kvadrat consultants contributed about 30 new school uniforms to a school in Soweto, Johannesburg. Together we also created this human symbol formed as a Star of Life
Yoga with Platform161.com to support - Nepal Education
Platform161.com joined the co-creation of doing good. This morning 34 people from 10 different countries showed up for the morning class with Charity Yoga at Amaranten Hotel in Stockholm. It was sweaty and fun and together we created the opportunity to give a year’s schooling to a girl in Nepal.
Yoga with Värmdö IF to support Charity Yoga aid projects
So nice to get the chance to do yoga together with 30 lovely football girls from Värmdö IF girls -07. Even some of the coaches accepted the challenge to attend. An hour that included everything from soft warming-up, tough yogic squats, classic sun salutations and then a long rest and a meditation
Yoga together with Joe & the Juice to support aid projects
Joe & the Juice management team is a wonderful team of health conscious and driven people. In order to deliver personal service at a high pace to its more than 220 employees operating about 40 stores in Sweden, they are committed to starting every Thursday with physical activity before the weekly meeting. Charity Yoga has repeatedly been invited to give yoga to the management team in their super nice headquarters in central Stockholm, which also has its own gym. Joe & the Juice have donated generous gifts to support our various charity aid projects.
